The Spring Undergraduate Research Symposium is an annual showcase for undergraduate student researchers to present their work to the university community. The symposium is an interdisciplinary event that showcases research and creative activities from across campus. 125 student researchers, including those from the FSU's new Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP), will present their work as oral and poster presentations. Refreshments will be provided.
Undergrad students—come, get inspired, and learn how to create your own research or creative project!

The Spring Undergraduate Research Symposium is an annual showcase for undergraduate student researchers to present their work to the university community. The symposium is an interdisciplinary event that welcomes research and creative activities from across campus. Students are invited to present their honors thesis work, the results of their directed individual studies, UROP (Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program) research, and any other research or creative endeavor that they have done under the direction of a faculty member. This symposium supports completed projects and research and/or creative works in progress. We encourage students who have not yet completed their research to submit an abstract as this is an excellent opportunity for feedback from faculty and peers. Some tips on writing an abstract can be found here.
